Area Supervisor - Multi-Outlet Management (Medan)

Chicken Holic Indonesia is expanding its presence in Medan, and we’re looking for a dynamic Area Supervisor to lead and optimize operations across 4-6 outlets in the city. As an Area Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with regional managers and our head office to ensure all outlets meet high standards of quality and service. Medan’s fast-paced environment offers a dynamic challenge, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 4-6 outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with regional managers and head office to align operations with company goals and initiatives.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry, preferably in fast food or similar environments.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Mikro, Clover) and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in food service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, SHE) is a plus.
