📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store promotions and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of managing retail operations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum.
