Sentral Umar Health Center is looking for a dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages. As a Cashier, you will handle customer transactions and ensure a smooth and efficient service. This is a full-time position located in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, offering a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.,Handle customer transactions and ensure accurate and efficient cash handling.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and cash register.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the health center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
