📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders to ensure high-quality beverage service.
• Craft and innovate cocktail and mocktail menus to reflect BY NOMA’s creative vision.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
• Train and develop bar staff to maintain high standards of service and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor bar performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Represent BY NOMA at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast or Lightspeed.
• Certification in mixology or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
