📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, displays, and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies.,Monitor outlet performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and report findings to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
