Klinik Kirana Kebab is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations,Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical information,Ensure compliance with documentation standards and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written communication and editing skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
