Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and employees to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
