Cloud Up Cemerlang is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Rembang, Jawa Tengah. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of the role.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
