As the Snd - Ftth, you will be responsible for leading FTTH network design projects, working closely with our engineering team to ensure that our network meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will use industry-leading tools and software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to create detailed and accurate network designs. With your strong technical skills and experience in telecommunications, you will be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our network remains operational and reliable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead FTTH network design projects, working closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality and high-performance networks.
• Use industry-leading tools and software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to create detailed and accurate network designs.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess network requirements and identify potential issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, schematics, and reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FTTH network design and implementation.
• Strong technical skills in telecommunications, including knowledge of fiber optics, network design, and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-leading tools and software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Certifications in telecommunications or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the telecommunications industry.
