🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with management and employees.,Experience in property management or a related industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Proficient in using HR management systems and software.
