📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand for our customers,Ensure that our technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes,Review and edit documentation written by other team members to maintain consistency and quality,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams to support the technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation
