📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
