📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and final project documentation.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Stay updated on local regulations and industry best practices specific to Bali.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning or contract administration.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
