As a Deputy Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting the main cashier in managing the cash register, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main cashier in managing the cash register and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and restocking cash, and ensuring the proper storage of transaction records.,Assist in inventory management by counting and recording stock levels, and alerting the store manager of any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and promotions are applied during transactions.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in cash handling and customer service.,Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports, including cash sales, credit card transactions, and any other relevant data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.,Knowledge of basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
