Rejeki Yoga Kebab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, assisting the head nurse in managing the healthcare operations, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position located in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the healthcare operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the healthcare facility.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.,Assist in the training and development of junior healthcare staff.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a similar healthcare role.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a similar healthcare facility is a plus.
