📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute telemarketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
