In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and a proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth. Additionally, proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the e-commerce operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.,Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.,Familiarity with e-commerce software and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
