Moon Pearl Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial advice to senior management. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and analysis to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control internal financial controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work environment.
