As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (internships are considered).,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
