📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and abilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and development.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Report to the supervisor on team performance, issues, and progress.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Experience in team management and development.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
