Duta Indra Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the front desk team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing accurate and timely information.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Train and mentor new front desk staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on front desk performance metrics and customer feedback.,Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for customers and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards relevant to the auto service sector.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
