📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care,Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure continuous quality improvement,Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations,Participate in staff development and training programs,Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and standards,Contribute to the development and implementation of the hospital's strategic plan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse,Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of hospital regulations and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Valid nursing license and certification
