Shop Direct Indonesia is looking for a Quality Control professional to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections to identify defects and non-conformities.,Document and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.,Work with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and documentation.,Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
