📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
