Life Code Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure the restaurant has the necessary supplies.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.,Handle customer complaints and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices and trends.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
