Duta Krisna Dental Clinic is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management to improve financial performance.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure the financial health of the clinic.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on financial procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
