Bengkel Hendra Health Center is looking for a dedicated Senior Kitchen Staff to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Sanur, Bali, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage kitchen inventory and ordering.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Handle food waste and disposal properly.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen staff or similar role.,Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
