Infomedia Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Staff Collection Officer to join our team in Bandar Lampung. This role involves direct customer visits to collect outstanding payments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit customers to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-ups.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collection processes.,Identify and resolve collection issues promptly.,Report collection activities and performance metrics to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
