📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand image.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
