📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging music lessons for early childhood education, focusing on English and/or Mandarin.
• Create and implement music-based activities that enhance cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children.
• Collaborate with the team to design and deliver music programs tailored to the developmental needs of young learners.
• Utilize music software and tools such as Sibelius, Finale, or similar to create and customize music lessons.
• Assist in the development and implementation of music curricula that align with early childhood education standards.
• Monitor and assess the progress of students to ensure they are meeting educational goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood music education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching music to early childhood learners.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and pedagogy.
• Fluency in English and/or Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Experience with music software and tools such as Sibelius, Finale, or similar.
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching music.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
