📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the CALABARZON region.
• Promote and sell our high-quality products to distributors, ensuring they meet their sales targets.
• Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the CALABARZON region.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential distributors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or distribution roles, preferably in the CALABARZON region.
• Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in the CALABARZON region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations within the CALABARZON region.
