📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all tasks.
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton’s policies and procedures.
- Lead and participate in training and development programs for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Represent Hilton at events and meetings, both internally and externally.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
