📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and processes to support business operations.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
