In this role, you will be responsible for managing the import process from China, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics coordination. You will work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and local authorities, to ensure that our products are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to speak Mandarin will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Chinese suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the import process from China, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers in China to ensure reliable and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with local logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to import and logistics operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support the growth of the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to import and logistics operations.
• Provide support to the team as needed, including training and mentoring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and logistics operations, with a focus on managing the import process from China.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulations in Indonesia and China.
• Experience with logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the smart home industry is a plus.
