📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage customer interactions using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation to cover the Jakarta Barat area.
