📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on retail equipment, including POS systems, refrigeration units, and lighting fixtures.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels for retail and facilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail and facilities to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
• Work with the team to implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new retail and facility equipment.
• Provide technical support to retail staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to operate efficiently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with retail equipment, including POS systems, refrigeration units, and lighting fixtures.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to retail and facilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
