📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
• Analyze retail data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations and project staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail operations and project management.
• Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering strategic projects in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analytics tools like SAP, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide a team.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
