📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, risotto, and meat dishes, following our chef's recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that dishes are prepared and served on time.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and apply them to our menu.
• Assist the head chef in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are used efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of our menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven experience in preparing Italian cuisine, with a strong understanding of traditional techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Experience with kitchen management software (e.g., Toast, ResDiary) is a plus.
