📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of medical devices and systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes.
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the use of medical devices and systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all medical devices and systems are calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
• Develop and implement protocols for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical technology and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical technology management.
• Certification in Clinical Engineering Technology (CET) or a similar relevant certification.
• Proven experience with Epic EMR, Cerner, or similar healthcare information systems.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards, such as FDA, ISO, and IEC.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
